Oxides
ZINC OXIDE – Zinc oxide is a widely used compound in rubber industry due to the excellent properties that shows as activator for sulphur vulcanisation.
ACTIVATED ZINC OXIDE – Active Zinc Oxide is used as a vulcanization accelerator for rubber sealing materials such as weather strip. Our Active Zinc Oxide gives a good Compression Set to rubber sealing materials.
MAGNESIUM OXIDE – Magnesium oxide in the rubber is mainly to play a liquidity and antioxidant capacity, increase the tensile strength of rubber and impact resistance.
CALCIUM OXIDE – Calcium oxide acts as a moisture scavenger in rubber applications
ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE – A tyre tread rubber composition having such aluminium hydroxide blended therein allows wet grip performance and abrasion resistance to increase, rolling resistance to decrease to improve fuel efficiency, and enjoys improved processibility.
CALCIUM HYDROXIDE – It can be used in both natural and synthetic rubber based compounds that are to be extruded and continuously vulcanized into either foamed or solid sections. Minimal porosity will be achieved using Innovox calcium oxide, quantities of addition will depend on the moisture content.
