DOP – Dioctyl Phthalate has good plasticizing properties that makes the long polymer molecules in it to slide against one another. It is mainly used as a softening agent. DOP is used in formualtions of screen printing inks. Known for its good stability to heat and ultraviolet light, DOP can be used in applications such as paints, lacquers, inks, adhesives, and sealants.

DOA – DOA is most commonly used as a plasticizer thanks to its extreme flexibility, low temperature and good electrical properties. It also has a strong resistance to weathering and good heat stability. DOA is used to manufacture clear food packaging films, children’s toys, wire and cable.

TOTM – TOTM is almost colourless and oily liquid, free of foreign materials TOTM is a primary branched monomeric plasticizers for vinylhomopolymer and Copolymer resins. TOTM is suggested for use in those end-use areas where Extreme low volatility is required.

TOLUNE – Toluene is typically used in the production of paints, rubber, lacquers, glues and adhesives because it can help dry, dissolve and thin other substances. Toluene has numerous commercial and industrial applications and is a solvent in paints, lacquers, thinners, glues, correction fluid and nail polish remover, and is used in the printing and leather tanning processes.

MEK – Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) is as a low-boiling solvent for nitrocellulose, acrylic and vinyl surface coatings. … Its fast evaporation rate makes it popular for rubber-based industrial cements, low-temperature bonding agents and as an azeotropic separation solvent for printing inks.

DBP – DBP is almost colourless, odourless or slight aromatic, ester odour oily liquid, free of foreign materials in soluble in water but miscible in organic solvents. It is an excellent low cost plasticizer for cellulose nitrate It resembles DBP but has a lower specific gravity and lower freezing point. DBP is used effectively in protective coatings based on cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose & vinyl polymers etc.

DEG – Diethylene glycol diethyl ether is a clear colorless viscous liquid . Diethylene glycol is used in the manufacture of saturated and unsaturated polyester resins, polyurethanes, and plasticizers. … It is a solvent for nitrocellulose, resins, dyes, oils, and other organic compounds. It is a humectant for tobacco, cork, printing ink, and glue.

ACETONE – Acetone is a polar aprotic solvent that is capable of producing a variety of organic chemical reactions. It is commonly used as a solvent for fats, oils, waxes, resins, rubber, plastics, lacquers, varnishes, and rubber cements.
